GENERAL DESCRIPTION |
APPLICATION |
Calces Eradication - 111 is a highly effective scale and deposit remover based on acid solution form. This products is treated by acid inhibirror to prevent corrosion cracking on stainless stell and metals. | Calces Eradication is normally dilute up to 30 - 40% depending on amout of deposit to be removed. The product can work at normal temperature. For higher temperature between 50 - 60%C ferther information should be suggested to enhance higher effectiveness. Your V.S.T.C. specialist will recommend the optimum dosage and the exact method of application. |

Feeding |
|
Calces Protection - 112 is a total organic colling watertreatment which controls scales, corrosion and prevents the deposition of materials the retard heat transfer. | Calces Protection - 112 may be pumped directly from the drum into a recirculating cooling water line or the tower basin. Pumping may be on a continuous bleed off to maintain the recommended cycles concentration The preferred method is to use an automatic dosing system which operates proportional to system loading and conserves both water and treatment.
Advantage |
Dosage |
|
*
Complete single treatment
* Minimal disposal problems * Maintain clean systems * Inhibit scale and corrosion |
For best results, pre-treat new or existing systems with between three and five times the normal maintenance dosage for seven to ten days. The maintenance dosage of Calces Protection - 112 should than be maintained in the recirculating water at all times. Your V.S. Treatment consultant will advise you with regard to the specific dosage requirements for your system.

PROPERTY AND USE | |
PAC is a SO24 modified product of polyaluminum chloride. It is yellow flake slightly deliiquescscent (be stored tightly) , water soluble with slight acidity (pH 3.5 - 5.0). It can reduce remarkably the turbidity of water and remove the harmful substances in water to a great extent. PAC is used mainly in purifying industrial water and in treating waste water whose efficiency is higher than basic aluminum chluminum chloride by 2 times and higher than aluminum sulfate by 6 - 8 times. Its quality has been appraised to be of low dosage, of high efficiency of flocculation and of adaptability.

DOSAGE | |
In order to meet the different requirement of
water quality the dosage should be determined first in the laboraatory.
In general, the dosage is : 1. 1 - 10 g./ton for industrial water. 2. 10 - 200 g./ton for waste water. |

FLOCTEX 2705 is a high molecular weight, medium charge anionic polymer are used to increase the efficiency of setting, clarfication, sludge thickening and sludge de-watering. This product is approved for use by the EPA in the clarification treatment of raw water for potable usage.
Application Primary Clariflication |
|
To
increase the removal of suspended solid aand BOD.
Biological
clarification FLOCTEX 2705 may be requied to provide either improved settling rates or suspended solids capture. |
|
Sludge thickening | |
FLOCTEX 2705 is used in sludge thickening. As waste sludge very broadly in make up, extensive testing may be required to choose the optimum product.
Available Packaging | |

Sludge de-watering | |
This is often the most demanding polymer application. Due to the high polymer demand and difficulty in removing the maximum amout of water, proper polymer selection is critical. In all cases, floc development and de-watering rate must be evaluated.
Plant feed solution preparation
Viscosity will limit the practical solution strengths of the dry polymers. The following are the maximum recommended strengths. Solution may be prepared manually by using a low speed mixer with relatively large blades must be used to mix the polymer in the tank. Product degradation will occur if high speed mixers are used. Approximately 30 minutes of mixing is required to properly prepare a feed solution. The mixer should then be turned off.
